Today when I left for work G had just started laying the oak floor. It was a stressy day as the oak was fairly expensive so G did not waste any of the floor planks with any cock ups. When I got home it was all finished and looked marvelous. G just looked exhausted. I will let the photos tell the story. We are really happy with how it looks and now it only needs waxing (three coats) and leaving for a few days.

I don't think I have seen G so tired for a while so I cooked him a lovely tea and he is relaxing with glass of wine.
